2 tblsp of soji is the correct amount. You braise it with the butter then add to carrot or dhodi mixture.
Glad it came out lovely. I'm also having a problem with finding the exact sauses mentioned in recipe. But substituted them with other hot sauses.
If you can't find the Mediterranean and chakalaka sauce try and any other 2 sauces from nandos that is Hot. Maybe the hot garlic and hot peri peri
