Sorry to answer so late. If you don\'t wish to try this method. You could instead layer pancakes one over another with custard and sprinkle of flake between each layer . You could layer 4 at a time and decorate top layer with cream custard choc curls or strawberries. Slice like pizza to serve. Will send a pic soon as I make some.
