-500g rice flour
-300g plain flour
-3 level tblspns salt
-3 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-5 tablespoon sesame seeds
-2 tablespoon Ajmo (Tymol seed)
-1 tablespoon whole jeeru (cumin)
-3 teaspoon citric acid
-3 tablespoon crushed green chilli
-3 tblspns lemon juice (bottled)
-cold tap water to form a dough
1.) mix ingredients 1 in an electric mixer.
2.)leave on lowest setting and add ingredients 2 while it mixes on low, add a little water at a time till a soft (like Roti but not stretchy) type dough is formed.
3.)place dough in Chakri machine and form small spirals.
4.)fry in hot oil-Chakri should puff up like papar as it goes into the oil.
