-1 cup chicken (finely cubed) fillet -1 teaspoon Amina's wonderspice butter chicken masala(optional) -¾ teaspoon salt (to taste) -½ teaspoon crushed green chilli -½ teaspoon coarse black pepper -1 teaspoon freshly ground garlic -1 tablespoon butter -1 medium potato(peeled,washed and grated coarsely) -1 tin macaroni and cheese -1 ½ cup grated mozzarella and red cheddar cheese (mixed) -beaten eggs -breadcrumbs
1.)melt butter on medium heat,add the chicken(optional Amina spice),salt,chilli,garlic and pepper,cook till dry. 2.)remove from cooker,add the grated potato and mix the macaroni in while the chicken is still hot. 3.)leave to cool then add the grated cheese- mix well then place the mixture in the fridge for about an hour(thickens sauce and and makes it easier to shape). 4.)remove from fridge and roll into balls. Dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs - repeat this process so its double dipped in egg and breadcrumbs. 5.)freeze. 6.)remove from freezer and deep fry in medium hot oil while still frozen.
