2 cups chicken fillet
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon aromat
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
1⁄4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon mayyonaise
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon greek salad dressing
1 potato finely chopped
4 cups flour
1 packet yeast
4 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients together.Cook until done.
Add yeast and sugar to flour.Rub in oil.
Boil water and milk and form a soft dough.
Leave to rise for one hour.
Roll out small pieces of dough.
Add in filling and make into buns.
Rub egg white and sprinkle sesame seeds or parsely.
Bake on 180°C until golden brown
