INGREDIENTS

Ingredients :
1 cup pea dholl
1 large onion (chopped fine, squeeze water)
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
½ teaspoon crushed dhana
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons coriander (chopped)
METHOD
Method :
Soak dholl over night, next day wash and drain in a colander. Put dholl onto a clean tea towel and leave for about 1 - 2 hours to dry. Add dholl into a magimix and grind till smooth add in the rest of ingredients and mix till well combined. Form into vade and fry in hot oil as for bhajias.
