INGREDIENTS

1 heaped cup cubed chicken fillet 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cinnamon stick
1 cardamom pod
2 cloves
3 peppercorns
½ teaspoon ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon Chana flour
1 grated tomato
¼ cup Dessicated Coconut
1 tin coconut milk
2 cups milk
2 cups water
METHOD
Method:
1. Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter)
2. Add chicken and all spices. Cook until done
3. Mix Chana flour and water and add to the pot. Braise
4. Add coconut and braise
5. Add grated tomatoes and cook until dry.
6. Add milks and water. Allow to boil for about 30 minutes
