INGREDIENTS
8 Large frozen strawberries
4 teaspoon sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups ice cubes
strawberry yogurt (optional)
METHOD
blend strawberries with milk on low
speed until
smooth , add in the yogurt & ice cubes
blend on
high , lastly add sugar and blend for a
minutes , should
be slushy
INFO & TIPS
u can also add whipped ice-cream to the
smoothie for thickness
