Creme Fraiche Rosemary Skillet Potatoes Rec cred: Ruhana EbrahimPic cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients:1 onion (cut in rings)1 green pepper (julienned)2 tablespoon + 2 tablespoon butter4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)Salt (to taste)¼ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon garlic paste3 sprigs fresh rosemary (more for garnish)1 tub Lancewood creme fraiche METHOD1. Saute onion and pepper in 2 tablespoon butter till soft.2. Fry potatoes, season with salt and pepper.3. Heat butter in a skillet pan, add garlic and rosemary and saute for few seconds.4. Add creme fraiche and mix in. 5. Toss in potatoes, stir fried onion and pepper and coat well.6. Simmer for few minutes. 7. Sprinkle grated cheese and garnish with more rosemary.8. Place in oven to melt cheese.
