INGREDIENTS
                      Vermicellighee (Clarified butter) as required Cinnamon sticks Elachi (cardomom) 
Sugar to taste Boiling waterpista (pistachio nuts) sliced or grated Nestlé cream small tin
                    
METHOD
                      Braise vermicelli in ghee (Clarified butter) with elachie and Cinnamon sticks until golden brown.Pour Boiling water please take care as this can burn you stand a little far before you pour water onto it Pour enough water  just to cover Allow to get soft for about 5 minutes let it boil on medium heat.. Add sugar allow to simmer for another 5mins on very low heat Just before serving Decorate with nestle cream and sliced pista (pistachio nuts) or colored badam (almond)
For variation 
You can make red velvet vermicelli by putting red colouring in If you like..

                      Red velvet vermicelli is also divine
