Cinnamon Cruffins"Croissont meets muffin"Pic credit:@salmahdendarRec credit:fresh living magazine3 cups flour(sifted)¼ cup castor sugar1 sachet yeast½ teaspoon saltCombine:1 cup lukewarm milk125g melted butterAdd to dry ingred whilst kneading with dough attachment for 5-7 minutes... (I kneaded by hand)Leave to rise till double its size in an oiled bowl...Lightly knead and cut into 12 balls...Roll out on a floured surface until paper thin...combine 125g butter and 4 teaspoon cinnamon...Brush sheets liberally with butter and cinnamon mixture...roll into cigar...slice in half horizontally... So that u have two layered strips... Repeat with remaining dough..and refridgerate for 20 minutes...roll each strip into a coil...cut side up...coat two muffin pans with spray and Cook and place coils into pan...bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes...heat ¾ cup syrup and brush pastries...sprinkle with cinnamon sugar...makes 24...
