INGREDIENTS
6L full cream liquid milk3 cardamom½ cup white vinegar + ½ cup water1.5 tin of condensed milk
METHOD
In a pot pour the milk and add cardamom. Bring the milk to boiling point. Add vinegar and water. Then it will turn into fresh ricotta cheese. Put it in a strainer and wash with room temperature water thoroughly. By pressing gently with the hands drain out all the excess water. After that put the cheese and condensed milk in a bowl and mix it evenly with a spoon. Prepare a square baking dish. Lightly grease the dish with butter/ghee (Clarified butter), line with baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Bake it for 30mins at 180 Celsius. After the bake time bring the baking tray out of the oven quicklyLet it cool and then keep it in the fridge for couple of hours.Cut it in square or diamond shape and serve
