2 cups flour3 teaspoon yeast2 tablespoon sugar¼ teaspoon salt⅓ cup milk2 large eggs
50 g butter
½ cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Add dry ingredients to bowl.Heat milk and butter till warm and butter melted.Remove from heat beat in the eggs.Add to dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
Knead for about 5 minutes.
Cover and allow to rise till double in volume
Roll out till 1 cm thick
Cut out using a medium round cutter
Place in tray and allow to rise for about 30 minutes
Heat oil and fry till golden on both side
Drain on kitchen paper and then dust in cinnamon and castor sugar mixture
Fill nutella into a piping bag
Poke a hole into doughnut using a skewer and fill with nutella
