1 cup melted butter2 cups packed brown sugar (recipe for that in the note)2 eggs (room temperature)1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon salt2 cups flour1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- Line an 8x8 square pan with butter and parchment paper- Preheat the oven at 180°Cup- In a bowl, whisk butter and sugar well. - Add eggs and vanilla essence and mix- Add the flour salt and then choc chips and fold in. (Do not overmix)- Pour in the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30mn till the top is golden.- Let it cool then cut. - Serve with vanilla ice cream

¤ You may add some nuts of your choice for crunchiness
¤ I would personally reduce the sugar by 1/4 cup for next time
¤ Homemade packed brown sugar : For likght brown => In 1 cup granulated white sugar mix 1 tsp of molasses (you find it in grocery stores by the honey section). Store in airtight container.
For dark brown => 1 cup granulated white sugar mix with 2 tsp molasses.
