Water Sugar to taste Vermicelli 1 11/2 cupghee (Clarified butter) ½ cup with 1 cardamom pod, 1 cinnamon stickSaffronAlmond nibs
METHOD
Braise vermicelli in ghee (Clarified butter) till golden brown, stir in sugar and water. BE CAUTIOUS. As water will cause steam. Leave to soften and cook. Stir in almond nibs and saffron strands. Can add desiccated coconut too. I didn't.
