1kg chicken fillet1 med onion processed fine & juice squeezed out2 spring onionsChopped dhania (coriander)Salt to taste or a few turns of ground Natanil salt mixPepper2 teaspoon lemon & herb spice2 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon Robertson spicy chicken spice1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)1 slice or 2 of bread crumbs1tspn green masala½ teaspoon garlic2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)1 tablespoon flourPinch baking powder1 egg
METHOD
Process onions...squeeze water outprocess fillet with spring onions add in crumbs add onion spices & rest of ingredients
Fry till golden brownServe with salad roti & chipsCan make lemon butter sauce & pour overOr mushroom sauce
