INGREDIENTS
1 x large can of Koo peaches,fruit cocktail & pear.4 Pineapples2 Granadillas1 Small bottle Orange Squashchopped strawberries, granadilla pulp & mint leaves for garnishing
METHOD
1. Liquidise the can of peaches,fruit cocktail & pear.Place in a large pot.2.Clean pineapples,wash & liquidise with water & sugar - strain pineapple juice & add to pot of liquidised canned fruit.3.Liquidise the 2 granadillas with little water & add to pot of juice mixture.4.Add the sml. bottle of orange squash to juice mixture.5.Adjust the taste of the juice with sugar & water.Mix juice mixture well.6.Allow to chill in freezer.7.Lastly before serving, garnish with chopped strawberries,granadilla pulp & mint leaves.8. Pour into attractive jug & serve.
