INGREDIENTS

10 oranges freshly squeezed 3 guavas cubed1 apple cubedPulp of 4 grandillas Half a pineapple choppedHandful of strawberries Add honey to sweeten.

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients well in a blender. You can freeze fruit to make it a slushie.Top with 500ml shweppes dry lemon cold drink to create a fizz. Serve with slices of orange and mint.
