METHOD
Chopped onion is roasting in a frying pan with butter. After, minced meat is added and roasting.After the roasting process, salt and other spices are added to it.After taking it from the cooker, finely chopped parsley is added and mixed and left to cool.
Butter is melted in a separate pan.Baklava dough is divide into 8 pieces.3 pieces are put on top of each other by lubrication.Minced mortar is added in the middle.A bundle is made.
It is baked in a cup cake pan for 20 minutes.
After getting out of the oven, it is decorate with yogurt.
