INGREDIENTS
2 eggs500 g cottage cheese1 teaspoon baking powder2 cups flour3 tablespoons sugar (7 if you want it sweet)
METHOD
1.) Mix all ingredients together and make either balls2.) Fry in deep oil3.) Dust with icing sugar and drizzle melted chocolate
