INGREDIENTS
300g flour50g melted butter500 ml milk2tbs sugar4 eggsPinch of salt1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
In large bowl add flour ,eggs, butter, salt, sugar, vanilla essence.Gradually add milk whisk to a smooth batter.Leave in fridge for 1 hour.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 4 tablespoons for each pancake. Cook for few minutes both sides.
Decorate as desired.Serve with fresh fruits and chocolate sauce.
