INGREDIENTS

Wash and dry chops Amina tanduri paste Salt to taste Red Ginger garlic paste Crushed Red ChilliesHaldi powder Dhana powder Lemon juice Tanduri red Orange colourOil for frying

METHOD

Steam the chops with salt . Add all the ingredients and just give it a nice mix . Lastly shallow fry .
