RECIPE
Grate 250g butter into2 cups of sifted flour...Add 1 teaspoon lemon juiceMake dough with 250 ml fresh creamDough will be hard...leave to rest in fridge for 3 hours...Roll &fold 4× using maizena (corn flour)...leave to rest in fridge...roll out..fold spreading sugar nicely......and cut. ...into horseshoes ..bake @180° until done...cool...dust icing sugar...and enjoy...
