METHOD

You know kill 2 birds with one scone
Mix flour ,salt , baking powder and sugar . Add the butter then rub in with your finger until it resembles bread crumbs, the mixture not your fingers.. well ok maybe that too
heat the milk on the stove until warm, but not hot

Add the milk mixture to the dry mixture (no not your hands, for that id suggest you use cream
