4 Granny Smith apples cored unpeeled1 pineapple peeled and cut into 4 2 Spanish lemons halved unpeeled2,5 cups sugar 2 liters water ½ bunch fresh mint
Process all except mint in a food processor together with the water and sugar and strain the pulp . Take a cup of the strained juice and process with the mint. Taste for sugarFreeze until a slush is formed . Enjoy and cool off
