For the biscuits:-250g of butter-½ cup castor sugar-2tblspns water+- 2 ½ cups self rising flour For decorating:-Salted caramel, make with condensed milk as below then add some sea salt to make it salted caramel: https://www.wikihow.com/Make-Caramel-from-Sweetened-Condensed-Milk ORSalted caramel frosting(Lotus Biscoff spread or Nutella can also be used to sandwich the biscuits for a different flavour) -Icing sugar
1.) Melt butter slightly,add sugar and water and whisk till fluffy.2.) Add flour and mix to form a dough.3.) Roll dough out on a floured surface and cut in circles.4.) Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 180degrees for +-10 - 15mins till the bottom of the biscuit is golden brown and the top is still a bit soft (it will harden as it cools).5.) Leave to cool.6.). Sandwich biscuits with salted caramel salted caramel frosting, nutella or lotus Biscoff and dust with icing sugar.
