INGREDIENTS

Choc chip cookies
250g butter 1½ cups brown sugar 2 eggsVanilla extract 3 cups flour level1 teaspoon baking powder 1½ cups choc chips

METHOD

Beat sugar and butter. Add in eggs and vanilla Add rest of ingredients make a soft dough. Shape into balls. Leave space 4 spreading.Bake for only 12 minutes. Cool.
PIZZOOKIE I used above recipe. Used about 2 cups in a greased cast iron skillet Baked for 15 minutes.Serve with dollops of ice cream
