METHOD
10 Lemons, soak in water for few hours,add 2 tablespoon salt and 2 tablespoon sugar. Boil until soft, then slice into rings. Remove lemon seeds. Transfer to large dish add 1 teaspoon haldi 2 teaspoon red chillies 2-3 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala, mix well.Half cup vinegar and quater cup sugar boil to form syrup. Mix 3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) in a little water to form smooth paste add to syrup and whisk until smooth.Add to lemons add gradually, only use all if necessary,depending on hw saucy u want it.Make a vagaar, with oil tir slit green chillies and curry leaves.Pour over and bottle.
