INGREDIENTS
1 liter milkA handful of crushed fine vermicelli1 teaspoon sabja seeds soaked in water¼ cup Sujees rose syrup (adjust)2 teaspoons Falooda powder ½ cup waterA few drops food colouring4 scoops vanilla ice cream
METHOD
Place the vermicelli in an oven proof dish and grill until slightly browned. Add ½ cup milk to a pot together with the fine vermicelli and simmer until vermicelli is soft. Leave to cool.In another pot add your water and Falooda powder to make jelly and bring to the boil, while stirring. Pour in flat dish and allow to set and cool. Once set grate finelyAdd rose syrup to a jug together with the cooled milk and ice cream. Mix wellPour into glasses and add sabja seeds and jelly. Top with a scoop of ice cream before serving and enjoy chilled🎀
