IngredientsSauce1 shallot, chopped2 tablespoon (30 ml) butter1 tablespoon flour ½ cup (125 ml) cream½ cup (125 ml) milk ¼ cup white cheese1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustardSalt and pepper
                    
METHOD
                      Sauce1. In a small saucepan, sauté the shallot in the butter. Add the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Add the cream and milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Simmer for about 2 minutes.2. Off the heat, add the cheese and mustard and stir until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.Add the extra mayonnaise mixture to the thermadore sauce,
After the tails have been grilled and turned pink, pour the thermadore sauce over and sprinkle with breadcrumbs over the tails, Bake until the sauce thickens more
Serve with sides of choice

So instead of mayonnaise, I used yogurt 
And in place of the fresh cream, I used  @thaicocosa  coconut cream
