2 tablespoon golden syrup2 tablespoon red crushed chillies1/Cup brown sugar½ teaspoon tartaric acid2 kgs bombay mangoes (round green)
Peel mangoes and cut in half. Remove pits. Rinse and marinate overnight with rest of ingredients. Boil on a low heat until a thick syrup is formed. Layer on a flat baking sheet and either dry in the sun or on a low heat in the oven (140ºCup) until dry.So so so good...
