RECIPE
1 cup moongh..soak for a dayDrain and put on a damp cloth in a trayCover with a damp clothLeave to sproutSoak again for half hour wen sproutedRemove peels
Chop 2 big onions fine..extra onions betterUse ghee (Clarified butter) and oil Saute onions..add in half teaspoon ground green chillies..salt..3 grated garlicAdd 1 small peeled and chopped tomatoAdd in the masalaHalf teaspoon crushed red chilliesHalf teaspoon tumericHalf teaspoon dhana jeeraaPinch of pepperMix well and add in the moonghMix well..leave to cook till tomato cooksAdd enuf water to soften moongh..about a cupCooked till dryish
Throw in few curry leavesWhole green chilliesChopped dhania (coriander)Sprinkle garum masalaEnjoy with fresh roti๐๐๐
