Beat all this till smooth and fluffy.Add in about 3 cups flour, you might need less. Feel your dough till it's soft and not sticky.Bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes or until a nice golden colour. To shape, try & make long logs round or square. Wrap it in cling wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes. In winter I skip this. Then cut in slices & cut squares with a cutter. You are guaranteed to get all biscuits one size.
