INGREDIENTS

Syrup 1 cup sugar ½ cup water ½ teaspoon. Cardamom powder
Add all ingredients and boil for 2 to 3 minutes and let it cool till needed
Batter 1 cup flour ¼ cup + 2 teaspoon. Lukewarm water 2 tablespoon. Sugar ½ tablespoon. Cornflour ½ teaspoon. Yeast ½ teaspoon. Baking powder ½ tablespoon. Oil

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients well.Let it rest 20 minutes in a warm place Mix the dough mixture again Heat the oil in a pan Drop a spoonful of the batter in to the oilCook until golden brown Dip the dough in the syrup Sprinkle crushed almond, optional Serve immediately
