For the simple syrup:1 c sugar1.5 c waterDash of lemon juice1 teaspoon rose water Tinned cream and crushed pistachios for garnish
Whisk together the semolina,milk and sugar in a pot until medium heat,until thick. Stir continuously to avoid burning.Once thick,place in a dish to cool. Boil all the simple syrup ingredients together until the syrup thickens. Set aside to cool. When ready to serve,top with the simple syrup,cream and crushed pistachios. Best served chilled,Enjoy!
