2 Jumbo Mutton / Beef BurgersCheese Sauce Puff PastryEgg to brush
METHOD
Fry burgers in hot pan till doneLeave to coolRoll out puff pastry just onceI used a bowl to cut it [bowl was the size of the burger]Spread cheese sauceAdd burgerSpread another layer of cheese sauceCover with puff pastryPress down edges with forkBrush with beaten eggPlace in airfryer for 15 minutes on 180°Cafter 7 minutes turn the pie and brush the bottom with beaten egg then leave to cook for the rest of the timeEnjoy❤️My airfryer does one at a time*
INFO & TIPS
I preheated my airfryer, I set it at 20 minutes, after 5 minutes I placed the pie in.
I used the tub cheese sauce
It was lancewood brand
Can also use the sachet cheese sauce, just mix with hot water
The 3 cheese sauce one is better
I used the 400g puff pastry, I still had leftover to make a small third pie*
