INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups water- 1 tablespoon agar agar (falooda powder)- 4-5 tablespoon water- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom powder- 6-8 tablespoon sugar
METHOD
1. In a pot, combine water and agar agar (falooda powder). Whisk until smooth.2. Add cardamom powder and sugar. Whisk until dissolved.3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.4. Remove from heat and strain into a tray.5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set.6. Cut and serve
INFO & TIPS
This is the best dessert to make when you cook seafood especially when you cook crabs or lobster.
This will help with body heat.
