1 kg fatty beef minceHalf teaspoon roasted garlic powder2 tablespoon milkSalt PepperCrushed coriander seedsCheese slices Burger buns Condiments as you wish
METHOD
Add garlic powder and milk to mince and mix well.Weigh out 100 gram balls of minceMake a griddle hot.Place the mince balls on the griddle and smash down with a large metal or pot lid .Sprinkle over salt and pepper and coriander seeds.Turn over to cook. There should be a crust formed.Salt lightly again Smash again until no liquid comes out.Place the cheese slice and put a lid on for a few minutes to melt the cheese.Assemble to your taste.

Toast the bun
Make a sauce with mayo and tomato sauce heat slightly.
Make a side of chips and fried onion rings.
