INGREDIENTS
Bonda250g cake flour 1 tablespoon. Sugar 5g yeast 1½ cup warm water ½ onion1 green chilli Few curry leaves 2 teaspoon. Cumin seed Oil for frying Salt to taste
Chutney 2 to 4 green chilli Hand full coriander leaves 1 spring curry leaves 1 dried chilli ¼ onion Salt 1 cup fresh coconut 1 tablespoon. Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon. Water
METHOD
In a bowl add flour, yeast, and sugar and mix well, now add the warm water little at a time mixing well, once it's hard to mix, use your hands and mix well until there's is no lump left.Now add in the onion, green chili, and cumin seed.I didn't add the salt as of yet, I don't want to the salt to kill the yeast.Now mix well until all the ingredients are distributed evenly.Cover the bowl with a plate, and let it set for 5 to 10 minutes until the yeast activate.
Now give it a good mix and add some salt and mix again. Now the batter is ready fry
Place a pan over a medium heat and add in oil and once the oil is hot, use you Hand to scoop the dough and fry them.Once one side turns golden flip it, and frying until all sides are golden brown.
Remove the oil and drain the oil, and it's ready to serve.
Let's get started on the Chutney, to a blender add all the ingredients and clean until all the ingredients comes together And the Chutney is readyAll that is let is the eat the bonad with the perfect .
