INGREDIENTS
2 cups Cake flour½ cups Chana flour1 & ½ cups Pea flour2 level teaspoon Salt3 or 4 level teaspoon Baking powder6 spinach leaves or more1 onion,chopped1 potato, choppedDanya (optional..Pinch Jiera 2 teaspoon Masala or 2 teaspoon Paprika powder or chillie powder,I used paprika..½ teaspoon Tumeric Powder1 Garlic cloves 2 Green Chillies,chopped1 Egg, beaten(optional1 cup water
METHOD
Wash & clean onions, spinach,potatoes,danya(optionalIn a separate bowl add all sifted dry ingredients & all your spices.Sift this mixture twice & then set it aside .Add in all chopped up onions,potato, spinach ,chillies.Add the egg, water & lastly the baking powder.Your batter must not be rot runny.Heat the oil in a pot add a spoon at a time.Fry for 3 to 4 minutes .Lovely with Chutney ,soups &all your favourite dishes🌺

INFO & TIPS
Add 1 tsp oil in the batter.
Add in your baking powder just before you fry your daltjies.
