Whisk together until pale and creamy:½ cup ghee (Clarified butter) 🧈1 egg🥚
Add1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon yeast1 teaspoon cardamom powder 1 teaspoon salt🧂½ cup icing sugar2 cups flour4 tablespoon warm milk🥛
Form dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Egg wash1 egg yolkYellow colouring 2 -3 drops✨️(I used ¼ teaspoon powdered colouring)Mix together
Roll out dough. Cut rounds.Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds or chopped almonds
Bake until done.160 ° thermofan 180° convection
