INGREDIENTS
¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)500g milk powder½ - ¾ cup icing sugar½ cup full cream milk½ - 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
METHOD
1. On a low heat, melt the ghee (Clarified butter) in a thick based non stick pan.2. Then add in milk powder, cardamom, icing sugar and milk.3. Mix well together till it forms a sticky dough like consistency.4. When it starts to move away from the sides of pan, remove from heat.5. Allow to cool.6. Roll into even sized small balls.7. Press in a whole almond in the center or use almond nibs.8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or in freezer, and thaw out when needed.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes
