RECIPE
Braise 1 onion in olive oil. When done add 1 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed jeera, 1 teaspoon chicken spice. Braise.
Add 4 grated tomatoes & 2 tablespoon tomato puree.
Cook till done. Add 1 tablespoon nandos sauce, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 cup fresh cream & some dried herbs.
Cook till done. Add pasta. Mix together
Optional : Put in casserole sprinkle cheese enjoy.
