INGREDIENTS
1 cup chana flour(besan)⅓ cup Water ¼ teaspoon Orange food colour
Pinch of b.sodaOil for frying bundiFor sugar syrup 1 cup sugar ⅓ cup water ¼ teaspoon Orange food colour1 teaspoon cardamom powder
METHOD
mix beans with food colour,b.soda water, to make smooth flowing batter( not too thick not too thin)Batter should coat spoon but fall of easilyHeat oil in kadai hold a perforated spoon (bundi jhara) over the hot oil.Pour batter on the spoon and tap gently to small drop fall in to the hot oil.fry on medium flame till light golden.In a pan add sugar and water mix Boil till you get sticky consistency Add cardamom powder and mix .Mix bundi with warm sugar syrup and covered and let it rest about 2 hours.When mixer is little warm take small protein in your hand and gently press into round laddo.If it's too sticky wet your palm with slightly with oil or ghee (Clarified butter).Let's ladoo cool completely.Your soft and tasty bundi ladoo are ready.

Ladoo can store in room temperature 1 Day and in a refrigerator 1 week.
