INGREDIENTS
1 cup cashew nut (kaju (cashew nut)
)⅓ cup sugar½ cup Water 1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon cardamom powderSilver leaf (varkh) optional.
METHOD
Take cashew nut and grind them into a fine pawdor.(Plus mode)Do not over- grind or they will release oil.In a pan add sugar and water make syrup(1 string consistency ).Add ghee (Clarified butter) and cardamom powder.Add cashews pawdor and mix well.Stir continuously low flame 🔥 until it from a soft dough.Transfer mixer onto a greased plate let it cool slightly then knead into a smooth dough.Place the dough between butter paper or greased plastic and roll it out evenly.let it rest about 2 hours.Apply silver leaf (varkh) if you like.And cut into a diamond -shaped pieces.Soft and delicious kaju (cashew nut)
