RECIPE
Boil Spaghetti drain toss in some Aromat (a South African Spice) and OLIVE OIL Drain and keep aside
In a pot Braise 2 chopped onions till light gold in colourAdd1 kg chicken Fillets cut into large cubes Add 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon Garlic, ½ teaspoon Green chilli paste, 1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice), 1 teaspoon lemon pepper,1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix,Now 1 teaspoon each of Crushed and fine Chilli powderCook until the water dries out, add 2 Grated Tomatoes and cook further
IN A SAUCE PANBraise one of the following. ON LOW HEAT
2 tablespoon Chana Flour2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)ADD this to the chicken IN THE SAME PANBRING TO BOIL1 Lt Milk1 Cup WaterAdd to the Chicken together with 1 Can coconut CreamBoil till slightly thick Serving Suggestion
Serve alongside Fried Samoosa Pur Strips seasoned with chilli powder and chip spice and serve with Kachoomber
For the KachoomberSalad thats chopped see below Tomato Onion Robot Peppers all Chopped finelyAdd salt Enjoy
