INGREDIENTS
2 Onions Chopped
500g chicken fillet cubed
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon green masala
I teaspoon black pepper
I teaspoon lemon pepper
Half teaspoon salt
± 2 tablespoon soya sauce
METHOD
🥢Braise onions in oil till light gold in colour. Add chicken and above spices and braise till half done. 🥕Then add about three thinly sliced carrots. Cook for a while until carrots are done. 🫑Then add cubed peppers Green, red and yellow half of each.
Then add:
±2 tablespoons any chilli sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Steers Peri Peri sauce
I tablespoon white vinegar
± 2 tablespoons sugar
Adjust the sugar depending on how sweet you like. Cook with sauces for a few minutes, then mix a tablespoon or two of maizena (corn flour) with a cup of water and add to pot to thicken the sauce slightly. Garnish with green dhania (coriander).
Serve with rice
