50g butter100g sugar 1 egg 220g flour 3 teaspoon. Baking powder 1 teaspoon. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon. Vanilla
METHOD
Cream together butter and sugar till light and creamy.Add in the egg and vanilla, beat well till combine.Add in the flour, baking powder, and lemon juice. Mix until it's hard to mix. Use your hand to knead to form a soft dough.Form a small ball dip one side in the water and then in sugar and flatten it using your palm.Place in the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven @180c for 15 to 18 minutes
