Shawarma Wraps
Mix together
3 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon oil/butter
2 teaspoon baking powder
Add 1–1½ cups water to form a soft dough.Rest 15 minutes.Make small balls, roll out super thin, and fry on a hot pan without oil or ghee (Clarified butter).Makes 22 side-plate wraps.

Mix together:
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
6 tablespoon double cream yoghurt
½ cup inkomazi (sour milk)
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix together:
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Wellington’s Sweet Jalapeño sauce
3 tablespoon Calisto’s Peri Peri sauce
2 tablespoon Veri Peri Hot African sauce
1 tablespoon Minnie’s Hot Lava sauce
1 tablespoon Nando’s Peri Peri sauce
2 tablespoon tomato sauce

2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
2 tablespoon tandoori masala
2 tablespoon yoghurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
