1 cup sliced green mango slightly overipe.1 cup sugarPlace into a pot mix in sugar and leave for a few hours until sugar is soaked in.Add 2 cinnamon sticks and 2-3 Elachi (cardomom) pods.Cook on stove on low heat, mixing occasionally so it doesnt stick.You will see a syrup forming.When it coats the back of the spoon its ready..Mix in 1 teaspoon khus khus½ cup sliced almonds¼ teaspoon powdered Elachi (cardomom).Allow to cool slightly before bottlingBest served with cream and tareli(fried) roti.Store in fridge.Best eaten freshEnjoy.
